		<description>Dear Ms. Rongione, This is great advice. I&#039;ve found that doing spot exercises are very rewarding. 10 minutes a day twice a day is invigorating. Also, jumping up during commercials on TV and just running in place or lifting hand weights helps. I am a care giver and understand how important moving is to everyone, even if it is only working out in bed if that is all you can do. Folks need to stop dreading exercise and just do it where and when they think of it. Stop beating yourself up and MOVE IT. Sally</description>
