I can never get rid of them. 
any suggestions ?

  When reading the labels on foods, it is hard if not impossible to find a food low in sodium and carbs together.
Can you reccommend a book or a diet that will tell me how much of the following I need each day to loose weight:
calories, sodium, carbs, and protien
